We provide advice under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 in connection with Applications by leaseholders to extend their leases or collectively Enfranchise their freeholds. We can also offer Valuations and Probate, Tax purpose, Litigation and Rent Reviews, in addition we can instruct Qualified Building Surveyors for structural and party wall notices. For Purchase or Sale purpose we can offer a discounted rate for Conveyance fees via a Solicitor with whom we work in conjunction with.
