Inventories
We will carry out a detailed inventory of all items in the property and the general condition of the property including all furniture fixture and fittings.
The Inventory includes a check in/check out service where we meet the Tenants on the day they move out of the property. At these meetings the contents of the Inventory are confirmed, as we are not representing the Agent, Landlord or Tenants and are acting independently past experience shows that this is a valued service.
Cost of Inventory for 1&2 bed Flats/Houses: £70.00 per annum.
Cost of Inventory for 3 bed + Flats/Houses: £95.00 per annum.

Site Visits
Having worked in the Estate Agent /Property Management Industry for many years it is a myth to say that rented properties are inspected on a regular basis. Generally properties are only inspected/visited by the Estate Agent/Landlord if there is a problem. ALPS will visit your property on a 3 monthly basis and carry out a full report, which confirms the general condition of the property, and carry out a ‘Blacklist’ report that confirms whether or not your property address has had any CCJ’s registered against it (this will help combat any crime/Fraud from your property).
Site visit for 1&2 bed Flats/Houses: £99.00 per annum.
Site visit for 3 bed + Flats/Houses: £140.00 per annum.
